Who Are We?

We are scouts. Us in particular? We are a selected group of eager, enthusiastic, inquisitive scouts and explorers who not only applied and went through a selection process, but successfully got in to represent the UK at the World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) in Korea for the 25th WSJ, 2023. We make up the two West Sussex Units, Units 73 and 74, Scouts from Horsham, Chichester, combined over many scout and explorer groups.

Below there are photos and videos from some of our selection camps that we went on to be judged and chosen from. We had to do many different team building games and challenges that pushed us to show our full potentials only minutes after meeting each other, some of which included putting tents up handcuffed to another applicant! In under a few hours we had not only learnt each others names but strengths, weakness' and shoe sizes... the leaders rather enjoyed getting us into random orders to keep team/groups mixed between ages and activities.
